ULPT Request: How to inconvenience my unscrupulous soon-to-be ex-landlord without directly impacting the next tenants?

Long story short, where I'm from there's a massive housing crisis happening. During the pandemic, with inflation and rents skyrocketing, the government paused evictions and set a cap on how much landlords can raise rent. My landlord tried to raise the rent beyond the cap when I pointed it out, he said, “OK, let's raise it to the limit, then. And by the way, I won't be renewing the contract”.
So he's kicking me out to ride the speculation wave and rent this dump for at least 2x the price. He can do this legally. He informed me on time that he wouldn’t renew the lease, he doesn’t owe me anything.
I want to be a huge nuisance and make this man's life hell for a little bit. I see a lot of these kinds of posts here, but most advice seems like it'd make life harder for the future tenants instead of the landlord. Any ideas on how I can do that without screwing over the next tenants?

Flush powdered concrete on your last day and put it down all the drains. Access to the roof? Rip a few shingles off.
Or if you’re in Colorado you can always invite a Venezuelan gang to move in.

Unscrew each and every socket plate and pull the wires in each. They will get fixed before next Tennant because they will realize when trying to post move out clean that they aren't working, but if he himself is a dunce who doesn't handle his properties alone he probably won't think to check and an electrician will immediately notice and be able to fix it for a fee. /if/ he tried to come at you "you were worried about the cancer risks of untapped waves coming thru the sockets since you had nothing in use and didn't want to risk your safety". There are actually people with this mindset (worked for an isp and plenty of calls demanding I send out a tech to "cap off our wires since they disconnected service with us", they exist) so I imagine it could be ruled as ignorance and not malicious if he tried to push it.

Thank you!

You can buy termites online, or rats and release them in the house before you go. That way damage will be caused to the house that the landlord will have to pay to fix. It can't be pinned on you in any way and you can keep your deposit.

I forgot to say it's an apartment! That would be a pain in the ass for the (mostly elderly) neighbors too, I believe.
Oh, and I've made peace with the fact that I'm not getting that deposit back, so in that sense, it's game.

Do you like bacon? The garbage disposal doesn’t.

Garbage disposals are not very common here.

Judging by the content of your post, I'm guessing you're in Ireland. Check out the r/Ireland sub. A user has started a site where you can record the last rent paid at a particular address. It's it'll the early stages at the moment, but it should highlight important data in the future.

Not in Ireland, but I appreciate it.

You might be my neighbor. She wanted to do something like this and I suggested she may get the building condemned and cause all of us to have to move out or something
