Looking for opinions

I’m currently looking at cheap project options. I’ve slimmed it down to a few options. I really like the late 70s MG MGB or Fiat 124 Spider. I also love the older miatas (who doesn’t?). I figured the first two would be harder for parts but I wanted some outside perspective. Just wondering what you guys think might be the best one for a quick, somewhat simpler project that could still be unique and fulfilling.

If you need strangers on the internet to tell you which to buy, then don’t buy any of them…

“I wonder why people don’t like car guys?”

If you’re unsure about buying one or the other you shouldn’t buy either as a project. A good project car should be something you love and have to have. That way when things get rough and you’re dealing with broken bolts and such, you’re much more likely to keep going and not give up and sell it for pennies on the dollar.
Like me or don’t, IDGAF.

I was simply asking for outside perspective, which is always reasonable to have when going into such a financially demanding project. I sure hope you take the time to listen to others, as well. You assume I’m going to follow the advice given to me blindly, without considering other factors. You also missed the part where I slimmed it down the 3 cars I do love and would be willing to commit to any of which. Now please, if you don’t have anything of value to contribute just move on.

Oh if you actually read the advice I’ve contributed plenty of value. But by all means, continue to ask stupid fucking questions and ignoring the advice given, twit.

It’s because of posts like this and ass clowns who drive like idiots on crowded public roads. Not because someone tries to talk sense into you…
