Brand new PC build, dram yellow light pops up and doesn't boot

I just finished my pc and I have no idea what's going on, the dram light stays on and I have only gotten the pc to boot up twice. if I try and reset it the same thing happens and it never boots back up. This is frustrating

You should try just a single stick of ram in every slot starting with the first

That I did already tried, nothing happened

Need to ask, did you try each stick of ram at a time? Have you updated the BIOS?

To get back to you, I updated bios last night, nothing changed, tried each stick of ram at a time, nothing changed. So maybe I just wired something wrong

I should mention that I have no idea of the Bios is old and if that is the issue, it might, but I don't know how I'm going to do that
