Hi, today I just build my pc, when I booted my pc up it started being slow in the bios and once in windows it did not improve I loaded up cpu-z and it said my cpu is stuck running at 0.48 ghz.

I’ve tried multiple solutions such as updating the bios changing the power plan but nothing works this here really is my last hope!
