Traveling from Universal studios to Crypto Arena in LA?
Posted by Ahh_swipe@reddit | AskAnAmerican | View on Reddit | 5 comments
Hi Ameri-friends, later this year I'll be travelling to the US and visiting Universal studios/catching a Lakers game as part of the trip.
My question is, how hard is it to get to Crypto.com Arena from Universal? Is it safe to travel with a couple of kids?
Any help or advice you guys can give, I'd be forever grateful. Thanks!

It about 10 miles distance. If there’s little traffic Ubering would be affordable and the best way there.

Don't call it Crypto. Call it Staples Center.
Just trust me on this.

Yes, it is safe to go to a major sporting event with a couple of kids. You don’t want to go walking around downtown Los Angeles after the game, but there will be many families in attendance at the game.

It's about 30 to 60 minutes by car, depending on traffic. Hop in an Uber and they'll get you there. Plan on things surrounding an event to be crowded and take a bit longer than it would with no event.
