What to do about persistent boot business, what to do?

Have lived in a flat on a marina with bars ect, for the last 10 years, (Can’t move due to cladding)
Happy with the sound of people outside - knew this going in, but…
Over the last 6months one bar has upped their sound system and it’s now like living ina club on the weekend (I have kids asleep that are being worked up)
I have spoken to them, report to the local council but nothing is working a they just don’t care.
What should I do?
