PC Fan RGB not changing colors

I'm new to computer gaming and picked up a used gaming pc from someone not too long ago, but I have no form of contact with them now. I have a Aorus x570 Elite Wifi motherboard with several RGG fans, but I cannot seem to get them to switch off of the colors they've been on since I got the pc. I've tried software like RGB Fusion, armoury crate, msi rgb software, etc, but I cannot get them to change. RGB Fusion looks like it can detect the fans, but no color changes when I select different ones in the software. If anyone knows what I need to do please let me know. I'd really appreciate it. Does the case have a RGB button. Press and hold it down for 3 seconds to transfer control to the MB. Then you can use RGB software to control the colours.

I don't believe there's an RGB button for what you're referencing. It's a Lian Li case. There is one RGB button that controls RGB lighting on the front of the case, but not the fans.

I believe the RGB headers that you have your fans plugged into are locked because you have the RGB front fans controlled by the built in controller. Hold that button down for 3 seconds and you can control all fans from the MB using mystic lights or whatever software is compatible.

the front light isn’t a fan. its just a rgb line that was built into the pc case. its totally independent from the fans

Yes but all RGB is locked to that controller, you need to transfer control to the MB.

i tried holding that button for 3-5 seconds and it still won't let me change the RGB.

Refer to your manual, it might be double tap or something else.

I see that one set of fans is Arctic, but I thought that the fan RGB software was determined by the motherboard?
