No one else I know remembers these but me

Please, please tell me someone else remembers these. They really were creamy in the middle. They were perfect, much like the Bar None candy bar, which again, no one else remembers.
Bonus points for the fact that they were called "logs".

Duuuude. Next to Hostess Choco-Bliss, I thought I was the only one who sweared these weren't some fake memory. I remember only eating them once, & they were good. It only got worse when PB Max disappeared. PB Kudos being discontinued was the coffin nail for me.

For me, it was the most recent crime to all that is Candy that really broke me. They took away my Peanut Butter Twix. I have no true reason to eat candy now, except for the Take 5, which one can really only truly appreciate when pregnant, as it hits all major cravings at once - salty, sweet, crunchy and chocolate.
But NOTHING can replace my Peanut Butter Twix. Especially not that seasonal bs they're trying to pass off as a Twix bar. Yuck.

PB Twix was a Lifesaver, 100x better than any antidepressant. I could imagine it was the candy equivalent of pickles & ice cream. š

Nature Valley or whoever owns the trademark/IP rights put up a copy cat recipe on how to make these at home.

OMG THANK YOU i know what im doing with the rest of my day.

I tried making them once and it was messy. I bought these silicon tray things that are typically used for making cylindrical ice cubes for drink bottles. Gonna use that to mold them next time I try it. Pack the material into the mold, stick in the freezer to firm up, pop them out, let them thaw a bit and then roll in coatings.

Thanks for the tips! I really need to make these. I can't wait.

Gotta have root beers, Boppers, and double thick Oreo cookies to deal with all these damn vampires.
NickLoner@reddit
I don't remember them, but they look good af.
Taskerst@reddit
Grandpa in the Lost Boys had a freezer full of them.
Piccoloshis_Island@reddit (OP)
OMG YES!!! The Old Fart Freezer! My mom would watch that movie just to look at the saxophone guy.

Piccoloshis_Island@reddit (OP)
I can hear this.
typhoidmeri_@reddit
This is the first thing I thought on seeing the image. I think we only ever had them once or twice and my dad ate most of the boxes.

Every time I watch it
UnwillingHummingbird@reddit
I think I remember eating these, but I would have to have been a very little kid at the time. I love anything peanut butter.
SweatyMess808@reddit
It was the planters pb crisps for me
Piccoloshis_Island@reddit (OP)
Now there's one even I don't remember. They look pretty amazing.
virstultus@reddit
Wow, both have unlocked deep memories! We really liked stuffin' shit with other shit back then. (Hm, that better not awaken anything in me...)
Plutoniumburrito@reddit
I donāt remember them at all. Thatās what everyone says about Two-T-Fruits
Piccoloshis_Island@reddit (OP)
I don't remember those either, but the logo design looks familiar.
apocbane@reddit
Loved these, thanks for the reminder
Piccoloshis_Island@reddit (OP)
Glad to stir up nostalgia!
numb3r5ev3n@reddit
I loved these, but within a few years they disappeared and Kudos took their place.
Piccoloshis_Island@reddit (OP)
Is that where Kudos came from? Usurpers!
dinglepumpkin@reddit
Memory unlocked!!
dinglepumpkin@reddit
And I remember Bar None (Bars None?), too!
Piccoloshis_Island@reddit (OP)
If you love chocolate, then you loved that candy bar.
jp112078@reddit
I remember them. But this was straight up rich people shit when I was young.
Piccoloshis_Island@reddit (OP)
It was indeed. I got them maybe two or three times when I was young. We were more of a bottom shelf iced oatmeal or lemon sandwich cookie family. I think I remember so many great snacks because they were infrequent and special. These were one of the rare ones that actually met my imagination's expectations as to what they would be like and they will forever be ranked in my S tier of snacks. Plus the name design on the box looked neon and that was awesome.
Boogs2024@reddit
OMG I remember the peanut butter ones!
echomanagement@reddit
As a peanut butter obsessed child (and adult), I recall being PUMPED to eat these back when they first came out, only to be mildly disappointed. They were way too sweet and were hard to finish after the first bite.
TheWearySnout@reddit
I forgot the name but remembered eating them. We called them logs too.
SweatyPalmsSunday@reddit
For a long time when I was a kid, the word āsnackā conjured up the image of these things in my head
Lazy_Squash_8423@reddit
Must be regional. Iāve never heard of them and I would have because Iāve always been a fat fuck who loves peanut butter. Now I feel like I missed out on some deliciousness
Lord_Wicki@reddit
I was probably too young to remember those.
Ateallthepizza@reddit
OH my friggin goodness were these good. Man this photo takes me back!
jjmawaken@reddit
Never heard of those but they look awesome!
AnimatronicCouch@reddit

I definitely remember these. My younger brother liked them. I only begrudgingly ate them.
Digita1B0y@reddit
Holy shit, totally forgot about these!Ā
pinhead-designer@reddit
I remember these. I think this was the food trend of, how close to a candy bar can we make and still sell it to parents in the granola bar aisle.
aerodeck@reddit
Never heard of them, look amazing though.
JuliusSeizuresalad@reddit
Loved those.. Iād come home from school and eat like 3 of em. Guess thatās why they were only bought for me for like a few months or so
