Food service trucker here, anyone else have insane brainfog? Like jesus, I've never worked this hard so consistently; 1700-1800 cases from 6am-7/8pm, 26000 pound next.

Did it for 30 yrs. Sometimes the brainfog is a blessing. Keeps you from realizing what you do for a living.

Thanks. Now comes the hard part. Adjusting your food intake when you're not running up and down a ramp 12 hrs a day

I can only imagine; I’m on extraboard at mclane and sometimes when they make me do shuttles instead of a route, I feel like crap eating so much junk and doing just driving. I hate it

Brain fog is one of the most common symptoms of Long Covid. Not saying you definitely have that — there’s other health issues that cause it also — but if you have that and a bunch of other LC symptoms also it’s something you might want to look into.

It’s possible, I think more likely is the amount of caffeine, energy drinks etc. I usually try to not go over 200mg a day and don’t take any caffeine on my days off but sheesh I got home some days and was like “what day is it? What have I been doing all week?”
