2023 Toyota Tacoma Used without Warranty?

Hello, I’m looking to purchase a 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD SportAccess Cab 6’ bed with 23k miles on it - For 34k
The dealership is an auto group that sells Chevrolets. My family thinks it’s a bad idea to purchase from there due to no Toyota warranty.
The car fax show it as good value, with one owner and a history of routine maintenance.
What do you think is best? Do I spend the extra money to get the warranty or spend more and try and buy new? Or am I okay to purchase this truck without being worried?
TLDR- Purchasing used Tacoma from Chevrolet dealership without Toyota warranty for 34k a bad idea?

it doesnt have warranty because the engine has a potential problem no?

Yes those engines have a common problem where the engine block factory casting sand wasn't removed properly. And sand in an engine is no-bueno.

I think you’re thinking of the 2024 GX/Tundra. Not the 23 Tacoma

No warranty = no sale.
There's a reason why, and you don't want to have to deal with it.
