Oh man, this looks like a solid weekend or two detailing and polishing and you'll already be dropping jaws. I'm a big block Chevy lover but, a somewhat race built, cammed crisp popping, aluminum headed 289 with cut out exhaust knocked my goddamn socks off. The cadence of those ponies popping is a B E A UTI full song. Get in and Have fun!

Cant go wrong with a 66. I vote GT350R clone. lol

Great choice. Very very nice. You are a lucky person.

Thank you and yes i really do feel lucky the ones i looked at in my area were really expensive and just shells either no motor or anything, and this one i got it cheaper than those and a good foundation to get it going 🙌😄

Ugh. I see something like this, it makes me want to sell both my cars and find one of these. I've been a VW guy for a quarter century, and still it makes me sad to think I may never have a first-gen Mustang or a C2 Corvette. And somewhere around 1995 I had a choice between two 1965 Mustangs, both 289 (IIRC), both orange, each for ~$1500 USD. But I knew if I bought one, it would just gradually deteriorate because I was in no place to treat it properly.
Anyway. Super envious, that's for sure.

I got a crazy good deal on it and luckily it has original interior its in really rough shape but i am planning on trying to save the blue and white pony interior to keep it as original as possible!
That orange would of been nice 🔥
