Looking for options from those who own these two power stations. This will be kept around my house for when power is out (phones, internet modem, led lights) or taking with me in my truck when electric is not available. I am new to the power station world and dont have any experience with them. Thank you in advance

Neither. Get an ecoflow or anker. Make sure it’s lifepo4

I was literally just looking at ecoflow river 2. It does seem better.

Seconded. Have all three, River 2 is my favorite of the lunchbox batteries so far.
Looking forward to trying out Anker.

I haven't charged my EB3A from solar but I do have a panel of the right size in case I need to. I did a test one time and it looks like it would power the Internet modem and router for about six hours; at one point I was intending to use it as a UPS for those devices but the switchover time isn't great and it was constantly charging the battery in UPS mode (dropping to 99% and recharging to 100%) so I figure I'll just plug them in when the power goes out.

Neither, get something from the ecoflow river series's. I own all 3 so feel free to ask questions.

Someone else just posted same thing about ecoflow. Looking at them now. Do you ever solar charge them?

I have. IN a emergency solar would be my last / supplemental option but yes I do have solar panels for each of my stations. The ecoflows charge very fast I just used my river 2 during a 8 hour power outage a few weeks, used my gas generator to charge it from 17% to 95% in something like 20 or 30 minutes. Very good starter power station but know it's limitations it's ideal for something like a router, laptop, lamp, fan, phones etc, multiple at a time even.

What type of i put does the solar panel need to be incase i end up getting one? Would probably be a panel from harbor freight.

I believe the rivers can take in 220 watts max. I use https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07JXYTFF7?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

That is great info. Since it charges so fast, i will be using my gas inverter to charge it as well. The small items that you listed is exactly what i will be using it for.

Also, just bought the river 2
