Here is what I've shortlisted based on my current understanding and a little research.

Is it a good combination, can I save money apart from CPU and GPU?

What are you using the pc for - is it for gaming, or for productivity (and is so, using which programs)?

It'll be for multiple tasks, games like fc24, ghost of tshumia, Black Myth: Wukong and mostly story driven games. Software development with Android studio, vscode, containerization tools like docker and k8s cluster and browsing Internet + watching videos.

There are several places you can save money while improving performance, as some of the parts you've chosen won't help in your stated tasks.
A few suggestions below that cut out about $100 out of your build while adding more (and more appropriate spec) RAM, double the storage capacity, and upgrade the GPU to a 4080 Super. I also left out Vuugo as a retailer as I've heard mainly bad things about their service and their shipping policies.

First of all thanks a lot, I was able to understand quite a few number of things once you pointed out with differences\^ and later I got these https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/VwQg89 but turned out and even if the website says the 12V two 8pin connectors are compatible with Gigabyte X670 GAMING X AX V2 ATX AM5 Motherboard and ADATA XPG Core Reactor II 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply but I think it is not correct connectors, or am I missing something?

If it is for gaming, I would build it like this: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/kdcqDZ.
