First build

Hello, I just want opinions from people with more experience about this build. I use it for gaming only. And nothing too crazy COD is main game. My question anything wrong with this build? Is it “future proof” for Atleast 3-4 years? Cost approx $2K which I feel comfortable spending for something I enjoy. I don’t have much time to “game” so when I do I would like to enjoy it decently.

Sure hope that's CAD and not USD.

Its USD

Sorry to hear that. The biggest problem is the gpu. It’s a $430 card which is best suited for 1080p or low end 1440p gaming.
A $2k usd budget usually gets you the $999 4080 Super which is the top of the line gpu, capable of handling any 1440p and great for 4k too.
Stick to 1080p and you won’t feel like you’re limited at all.

Got that one cause the 5K series will drop in the next few months. I will upgrade to a nicer GPU then instead of paying 1K rn and then upgrade in couple months. Will still be able to sell my 4060 and get 75% money back.

The point is that it’s still a $500 loss for you. The same price you paid for the prebuilt can literally get you the 4080 Super instead of the 4060 Ti. Anyway, if money isn’t a big concern then it’s not the end of the world.

Here is a better build for $2000.

I already bought the stuff. Just wondering if the build is good or not

Could’ve spent less on different things for better performance. So in my opinion not too good considering it’s a full gaming build.
