Posts are limited to 300 characters & 14 crying emojis. Users can react to posts with Dislike, You Deserve It, or Shut Up My Life Is So Much Worse. Servers go down daily so you always have something to whine about.

That sounds like a perfect case for a custom instance of [Misskey](https://misskey-hub.net/en/). Just adjust the custom reactions and the post length, and bam, instant toxicity pool
