I remember seeing this happen, and it boiled down to an issue where Adobe blamed Microsoft and Microsoft blamed Intel and Intel blamed Adobe. I seem to recall that there was a fox that 100% resolved for us, and it had something to do with Intel Graphics Acceleration and disabling something. It’s been so long since I’ve seen that issue, like you said 2020 thru late 2021 maybe?
