Oh I saw the date on the case. It just looks like they reused the disk for lotus on 3/10/93. 3.5" floppies were already starting to become the standard in 1986
She only stuck around the last few years so she could hit her 50th. IIRC she started in her teens as a cashier in the gift shop. Moved around, worked up etc.. and eventually became the person who managed one of our EMRs.
The fight to get one of the four desktops in the classroom that actually had 2 floppy discs drives was intense in the college course I took to learn Lotus.
Boss: Kostanza! Pull up the Peterman file!
George: I, I, can't.
Boss: You know. It's an attitude like that that'll keep you from advancing in this company! Mark my words! (turns around and stomps out).
George: But sir! (scrambling) You don't understand, it's on a floppy from '93!
