Which do you prefer Shop bought or home made food?

I generally prefer restaurant food over home food when it comes to full meals, even if it’s not exactly haute cuisine. Just because I’m a lazy and not massively skilled cook myself (I do cook, btw, I only actually eat or take out once per week). But when it comes to sandwiches, I almost always prefer my own creations. There’s no chain sandwich specialists that “do it” for me. I used to like some things from Greggs, but their selection is poor nowadays. Subway is gross, and stinks. There aren’t many independent sandwich shops nearby me, and those that we do have, aren’t very good. Which is a shame, because I’d visit them a lot! Supermarket pre-packed sandwiches are an almost blanket no for me. I also don’t like shop-bought pasta salad boxes. I’m not a huge lover of pasta salad, but when the mood strikes me, I’ll make my own. Shop-bought (specifically, supermarket) always taste too vinegary to me, and/or include raw bell peppers, which I hate (although I do like them cooked).
