Looking for an iPhone App to Record Riding Data and Route with Speed Tracking

Hi! I’m looking for an iPhone app that can record my riding data and the route I’ve taken. I enjoy going on trips and would like to map them. I only need these features, it doesn’t need to include navigation or any other extras.
I’ve found a few apps, but they’re incredibly confusing and not user-friendly. Additionally, each one either requires a large monthly subscription or an outrageous one-time payment. I’d be willing to pay $40 if it’s worth it, but so far, I haven’t found anything decent.
I’ve also tried Google Maps, but it doesn’t track speed, which is something I need.

Have you found something?

Yep, GPS Tracks. https://www.dmsoftwaresolutions.com/ Works great and the free version has everything I need. Only for iOS tho.

I never thought of that, even though I’ve been using it for years. Thanks, I might add cycling as a type of exercise. My friends will be shocked when it shows me riding a bike at 110 km/h.😂👍🏻

I know some of you are gonna hate me for even mentioning it.. but Yamaha gas got an amazing app just for that- it's called MyRide. Tracks everything you need, has got up-to-date maps and a very nice interface.

The app looks really good, so I’ll give it a try. Though I probably won’t get much use out of recording lean while driving a car—unless I start driving on two wheels like they do with SUVs in Saudi Arabia 😂

Try motion-x GPS

“After years of offering top-rated GPS apps for both the iPhone and iPad, we have made the difficult decision to remove MotionX-GPS and GPS-HD from the App Store” :(

Have you tried the Porsche Roads app?

I tried it; I even went on a few trips according to the app, it’s really good, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find an option to record my own routes that are not pre-planned.

I believe the Beeline device app has this feature for free, but I you’d need to use the device? Of course that’s paid off fairly quickly if you’re OK with $40/mo

I was working on one for iPhones a couple years back but work and life got in the way. Would've been dead simple, no subscriptions.
I should get back on that :|

Check out Ride with GPS. It's geared towards bicyclists but I think it has most of the features you're looking for
