Nah. There are people going through a hard time who should still get to vote and work and try to improve themselves. Also, I wouldn’t trust a quadriplegic to try to tongue trigger a gun, but they still matter and get to be in society. Guns are awesome. Still a shit take.

so that would eliminate anyone with nonviolent "felonies" as well. you realize Kyle, the guy who played the russian from the FPSrussia youtube channel cant own guns anymore because he was caught with the most miniscule amount of weed right? just an example. anyone who lives in a legal weed state and uses or has a med card also technically cant own firearms. if youve used CBD ever also.

No, like every person with a drug charge, he was charged with trafficking and distribution of marijuana. because he passes a joint to his girlfriend. nobody gets charged with possession.

There are plenty of reasons to not trust someone with firearms from certain medical conditions like epilepsy to simply having a lack of gun safety knowledge. What kind of danger does someone pose to society due to not knowing what muzzle awareness is?
