Yopa sold my flat and a friend’s house. They have packages that are not online only and it worked out for me at a fraction of the rip off estate agent price. Honestly all you need is a decent add on Rightmove and Zoopla and the same estate agent to show up to host viewings.

Ah cool. We got quote of 2k from Yopa and 8.5k from a high street. Are those did in Milton Keynes? Was it Paul?

We used Avenues in Wolverton who charge 1% and are a bricks and mortar agent. I don't know if they operate beyond North MK though.
