Dodge Grand Caravan 2019 a/c full, pressure ok doesn't work anymore, what else could it be?

Hi!
We have 2 Dodge caravan and the newest, a 2019 GT won't run a/c since the beginning of the summer. At first we thought liquid was empty but it seems that it's full when we tried to full it and pressure was ok. I also just change the air filter. Do you guys have any idea what to look for before send it to the garage ?
Sorry for the English, not my first langage! Thanks a lot!

First step is check the ac compressor is turning when ac is switched on. If its not, could be bad compressor clutch, or low freon.

How do I know if the ac compressor is on or not?

When the AC is off, the compressor should not be running. When you turn the AC on, the compressor should engage and you should see a belt/pulley move. It might be easier to have someone turn the AC on and off if you don't know where the compressor is on your vehicle. I've had one right on top and one towards the bottom so it does vary by vehicle. You can find videos on YouTube and there are probably sources to help find the compressor on your specific vehicle as well.

Thanks a lot for your answer! Freon is full couldn't had.more and pressure is good so I guess there is no leak. I doesn't hear the compressor but there is a shheeeeeeeee that I don't hear in my other dodge caravan when Ac is on. Will look further on this

Or just a pressure switch/something simple too
