Zoll from UK to Germany, without Anmeldung?

Hi All, A customs question: I'm moving from UK to Germany, and see that in order to be exempt from Zoll for my personal possessions (moving van worth of stuff), says they need an Anmeldebestätigung. It's a nightmare to get an appointment for this in Berlin, and I've heard it can take months. At the border, is showing all my documents (Zoll form 0350, etc.) with a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung instead enough to have customs accept? Experienced answers welcome. Thanks!

In general I don’t really see how they expect you to have a document you need to physically get in Germany when you’re just then crossing the border to move to Germany. I shipped my stuff to Germany, but was not charged any duty on it and never had to submit any additional documents.
In any case, you know you can make your appointment now for like the day after you move if you want, right?

Great. Do you remember what documents you had to give them at the border? Form 0350 makes sense, passport, council tax statements, etc.

What border? When I emigrated to central europe the only border was Dover/Calais and they opened the van, looked in, saw it was personal effects, and closed the door.
I had a manifest that I created in Excel and nobody even looked at it.

Hi, just to update: A moving currier moved my things from UK to Germany two weeks ago, and reported that they weren't asked about the customs documents for MY things in the truck when crossing the border/ferry at Dover. There were, apparently, another shipment in the truck that delayed their crossing, however, by three days. I don't know what they were - but I was told it was stuff that was not reported on/declared. Why that stuff created a delay, I have no idea. But, at least my things made it through without any faff.
