Upgrading from 3x 24" 1080p to 3x 32" 2k curved?

Currently in the process of building a custom desk and using the opportunity to also upgrade from my 3x 24" 1080p monitors to 3x 32" 2k or 4k, but having some trouble determining what models to look at. I initially was going to go for 3x 32" curved with thin bezels, and at $250-300/each, the Asus TUF VG32VQ1B seemed like a clear winner...but after typing that model number in to reddit search, I'm seeing some horror stories about motion blur and "VA panels" not being good for gaming. I use this machine for work (IT), streaming shows/movies occasionally, and gaming (variety, also getting started in to sim racing). I've been wanting to try curved, and in a multi-monitor setup curved looks so much more visually appealing than flat. Am I making a mistake by trying to go with curved over flat? If it matters, my video card is a 3070 TI.
