Anyone have any experience with ADATA/XPG RMA process

So about 3 months ago, I discovered that my XPG D50 DDR 4 kit started to fail. After using memtest 86 and seeing hundreds of errors, I went on the ADATA website and started the RMA process. They gave me an automated email with an RMA # I and I mailed the dead ram back.
I confirmed via tracking number that the ADATA USA office had received the package on Dec. 15. I tried to confirm whether they had gotten the package via their website, but it said they couldn't find my RMA number. So I emailed them a few days later just to confirm they had gotten it. They emailed back and said because of the Christmas holidays they had received it but had not started to process it.
I decided to email them once more a week after the New Year and they replied back that my RMA had been processed and gave me a timeline of 4-6 weeks for them to ship out a new kit.
So fast forward to now, it has been close to 8 weeks and I haven't heard a thing from them. I tried checking my RMA status on their website but again they couldn't find anything with my RMA number. I tried emailing them via a few different email addresses I found on their website but haven't gotten a reply in a week. I tried dming via twitter and got no response.
This has probably been my worse RMA experience to date. I own a couple of other ADATA products (S70 Blade NVME and another RAM kit) and I will probably avoid purchasing or even dealing with their RMA process.
Anyone have any similar experiences to mine dealing with ADATA RMA?

My Kyber 850w Gold just died due a power surge, I contact them, automatized email just OP but It's been 8 days and no response wtf
I tried AGAIN but this time on the XPG website (before it was on adata) and It's been 2 day since. I hope they answer at least this month bcs I can't buy a new PSU and mine has 5 years of warranty, cmon guys answer me, damn I never saw such sloppy customer service.

Hey did u get rma? If yes then what did u do?
PeixeDePeruca@reddit
my PSU is working without any issues since that repair, also she came back with a different power cable, idk if they gave me a shitty one (so I got stolen) or if this one is more appropriate to the PSU, idc actually bcs it is working perfectly since then.
I'm from Brazil but I suppose maybe these tips can help u as well
• Contact the site where u bought the PSU (doesn't matter if it's brand new (u bought it) or re-sold brand new like my case [the guy used it for 1week but the purchase was on his name, not mine], you NEED it to be on the warranty required date and physical conditions)
• The shop support needs to provide an address to u, which u need to ship it to
• Then the shop support will likely send you a link to a shitty suport site(where a licensed repair shop will follow orders from the PSU company and "kinda" talk with u through this shitty site provided by the shop support where u got the PSU, phew.
the site gonna ask some credentials and PSU related information, it also will ask for a .pdf file that contains only pictures of the PSU (the requirements are described in the site, but if I'm not mistaken it asks for 1 photo of the bar code sticker on the PSU, and another photo of the PSU from kinda far [a frame that checks if the product is intact on the outside])
I'm almost sure that this website is international so it will ask things in english, so don't worry having to translate from Brazilian-Portuguese
after this annoying process(which you have to F5 the site everyday to see if they answered ur ticket) u gonna receive information abt ur ticket on the email that u provided on the site, In my case I did all this correctly (even 2 times just to be sure) and annoyed the hell out with daily emails to the Brazilian support of Adata asking if the repair was happening but no one answered but coincidentally after that they resumed the answers on the site ( I think Adata is the Owner of XPG or something or maybe the repair company works to adata brazilz idk, also it's been a loooong time since I had this problem and I really hope to never have to contact the support again, in any case u can google up "adata support" to see if u find anything useful)

I tried doing an RMA about 3 weeks ago. The RMA page is broken apparently for people with XPG Core Reactor PSUs even according to others on reddit. It will say you didn't fill out the required fields even if you did. So I tried opening support tickets through XPG and ADATA website. I've been completely ghosted and never got a reply. Both tickets got me an email after several days to rate their customer service. I reached out on social media, tried making tickets, nothing. It's like nobody works for the company. I can't get a single reply.

Has this been resolved? I'm going through the same thing right now.
BoxOfDemons@reddit
No I had to buy a new PSU. I still have the dead one and they never responded to my emails. A few times they said they'd get back to me with the proper info and just never did.

Their RMA process is a fucking horror show, and they should not be promoted at all in any of the bapcsales subs on reddit.
dawes7@reddit
should I not buy a brand new xpg 4tb ssd? the guy only have abu dhabi physical copy warranty? thanks
Blue-Thunder@reddit
No you should not. Stick with reputable brands that honour their warranties and have functional portals.

On January 4th 2023, I submitted an RMA for 3x XPG Gaming GAMMIX S70 BLADE. Over the course of more than 2 months, I could track the process with the RMA number. They were sent to Taiwan and eventually stuck at 'Waiting shipping' or something like that, they have a lot of broken english steps. Another month has gone by and now my RMA number finds nothing in their system. I've been waiting for 3 months, no response, can't reach anybody.
It's the second time I have to RMA 3x drives like this, first time they sent new ones in about 6 weeks, zero communication except an email with a Fedex tracking number at one point.
I feel like they just stole my stuff. Going to fill a complaint if I don't hear from them in a month max.
This is outrageous and very unprofessional.
dawes7@reddit
thanks for answer then I dont buy their product

any update?

I just wanted to chime in on my experience. I had a practically new(out of return window)1tb nvme die. Went through the RMA process and got a RMA number. After reading these comments I considered not even sending it in and just chalking it up as a loss and never buying Adata again.
Said the heck with it and sent it in thinking it might take months but maybe I'll get something back. I sent it out about a month ago and through the whole thing I got a email when they got it and just got a email saying they shipped it. I'll update once it gets here.
Still took a month though and I did put a copy of my QR code like the instructions stated. Which is said would speed up the process. So maybe they've upped their RMA system.
