Had this song stuck in my head since last night, and I finally figured out who it was by. Who here remembers this song being in heavy rotation?

Yeah it was definitely that period of time where hair metal was wearing out its welcome, but something newer was just around the corner. I wasn’t really into any of the hair metal bands, and didn’t really care much for the classic bands either. I remember really liking this song though and hearing it on the radio/MTV. I really loved Faith No More when they blew up. I guess these guys weren’t too far off from what they were producing at the time. These guys were definitely on the cusp of what we experienced in the 90’s, and the lyrics of this song are almost a prophetic. Unless the things they speak of in this song were apparent then, it was still just the writing on the wall.
