Solo activities in MK

I’m going to be in MK housesitting/catsitting for a couple of weeks in August. Any fun things anyone can recommend for a solo visitor in the area? Big Rock looks good for exercise but is there anything else anyone would recommend?

I'm in MK & there are usually quite a few events happening - happy to share if you let me know where you'll be based for the time you're around (music venues close by or similar things that you can do in the evening, etc)

If you’re into museums some of the ones I’d recommend would be the MK museum, National film and sci fi or National museum of computing. They all cost money though, so If you want something cheaper you could just take a walk around Willen lake, or Caldecotte. Someone suggested the theatre, that’s a good option and there’s also The stables theatre which is a smaller local theatre.

How would this work for a solo visitor? Presumably you'd join as an extra in someone else's group? Escape rooms can involve quite a bit of teamwork and collaboration so the way I'm picturing it, it might be a bit awkward. I'd love to hear I'm wrong though.

Place in the city centre called simply race. Of your into motorsport they are a great place to go. Their do an event every Friday evening you do three tracks 3 cars loads of fun and great racing. All beginner friendly aswell
