Seeking recommendation for e-waste/ITAD vendor in Phoenix, AZ

I have called about five vendors off of the R2V3 site, and not gotten any callbacks or traction from anyone wanting to coordinate pickups for several servers switches and routers. Does anyone in the Phoenix Metro area have a recommendation for somebody who can do IT asset destruction?

It may be old but I'm with a national e-stewards/naid recycler. Feel free to dm.

How large / old is the pickup? If it's a small pickup it's often not worth the effort to coordinate when there won't be a return on the time investment. We are in Canada but I can punt you to some of our US partners, and I'll try my best to make sure you actually get service ;)

Small, imo. 7-8 rack mount servers that went EOSL this year. 3-5 Cisco devices. One blade frame with some old blades. Probably half a pallet.

What is that.... HP gen9 / Dell G13?
What do you need? Just pickup? Or audit, drive erasure and CODs? Either way for a single pallet of gear, pickup will be the largest cost. If you need audit and erasure you're looking at a couple hundred bucks extra depending on drive count. If the equipment needs to be unracked, or even just palletized, it will add cost. If you have it ready for pickup, and ITADs are still ignoring you, they're just lazy.
As I said before my business is in Canada but we have US and global partners. We're small, but that just means we don't pass on work just because it's not worth the work. Send me a PM, I'll talk to our partners local to you and see if we can't find someone to take care of you.

Will hit you up when I’m back online tomorrow morning. HP gen8/9, c7000. Cisco 29xx/4xxx devices. Silver platter; sitting on the curb waiting to walk away. Cert of destruction to incl drives (less than 10, I was using SD Cards to boot)

Yeah with that gen I can see why you're being ignored. It's a dumb business sometimes. Service fees should cover the project costs and give a margin for the ITAD but everyone just wants that sweet nearly new hardware at 100% margin.
Gen8 is below everyone's resale threshold and gen9 is close as well, so there isn't much net margin on that age of hardware. But hardware viability wise, there's plenty of life left for learning and hobby use so if I had that pallet in my hands we'd probably just donate it to our local Homelab community.

Personal experience with them?
Few_World6254@reddit
Yes, personal experience with them here in Phoenix. However, I’d look to donate the switches/routers after you wipe them to a cyber range/school, Coding Academy. Hell could tie servers too and just send the drives in for destruction.

Heard and agree with the donation. Work for an FI policy states destruction, as of now.

They recently moved and it’s been hard on phone. Submit an email request to them. Always got a response that way.
