Utah Backcountry training

I’m an SLC based FO and have been on reserve for a month and a half with ZERO calls. Haven’t touched a plane since I finished IOE in April.
I’ve got a Jones to get back up there and I want to learn something new. I’ve always been interested in backcountry flying and only have one soft field landing under my belt (a 22T at Burning man😂).
Does anyone have any recommendations on an instructor/ school that would be down to go practice some soft fields on a dry lakebed? I looked at Absolute flight training at U42 and they are a bit on the pricy side only offering package deals. I’m willing to drive 2 hours from the SLC area because I’m bored out of my mind.
I don’t care what type of plane, just some reputable training that’s pay by the hour.
