Stuck between these cars, which one should I go for?

Hey everyone, I posted earlier about looking for a used car in the Rapid City area, I came across these vehicles, and, I'm stumped on what I should get, I'm trying to decide on which one would require less maintenance/give me less headaches down the line, just something reliable all around
Anyway without a further ado, here are the contenders:
2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser - Sport Utility 2D: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1354019301842497/?mibextid=dXMIcH
2005 Hummer H2 Sport Utility 4D: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/3437164449870248/?mibextid=dXMIcH
2006 Hummer H3 https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/619721050035082/?mibextid=dXMIcH
2006 Jeep Commander: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/6440860982632895/?mibextid=dXMIcH
1999 Jeep Cherokee Classic Sport Utility 4D: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1010034043739232/?mibextid=dXMIcH
2011 Jeep Liberty Sport 4D https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1367657517127033/?mibextid=dXMIcH

All of those vehicles are maintenance nightmares waiting to happen.
20 year old Chrysler products? 20 year old hummers? come on man.

All except the fj. Easy choice
ProJoe@reddit
the early FJ's had some issues didn't they?
I could be totally in the wrong on that one, but the others...oh man
PoppaPingPong@reddit
No, they didn’t. All years were reliable af even the first year
ProJoe@reddit
This is a year old post.
dMage@reddit
it's still super old, heavy car. It will have issues even if it's Toyota. They're great cars but they're not maintenance free.
jerk1970@reddit
They ate all gonna suck gas. But the fj cruiser is literally the most reliable car on the planet . Google it, you will see.

The FJ is the obvious choice here however the XJ cherokee is not bad either. Before I continue I just want to throw it out there that I really dislike jeep but there are certain things in this world that even if you don't like it you have got to respect it. The AMC 242 engines are really stout pieces. They are super simple and run well beyond the point at which the vehicle has fallen apart around them if you keep fresh oil in them. They aren't very good rust belt cars though. They tend to rust pretty bad. 4wd gets finicky with age and lack of Maintenance. Maintenance as a whole is pretty standard stuff though. Parts are cheap and plentiful and aftermarket modding support is great.

Ohh, forgot to mention the automatic tranny's they stick in those things. Never really had much luck with them. They all just kinda suck eventually. Manualls are always a reliable choice if you can get a hold of one from the factory or swap it in.

What are these choices lol

An FJ Cruiser and Jeep Liberty have no business being considered together.

Eliminate all of the vehicles with a seven-slot grill from your list and you'll have your answer.
I don't even need to see what motors are in those Jeeps to recommend passing on them; the Liberty and Commander were mediocre vehicles new and don't age well. At least the Cherokee has a cult-classic kind of thing going for it, but you'll pay a premium for that cred.
The H2 is a bloated, fuel-sucking, 3/4 ton Tahoe with horrifically cheap, fragile, and hard to find plastics specific to that model, especially inside. Stock, they're hardly able to get out of their own way, even though they use a 6.0 litre V8. That something that large has so little room inside is an achievement.
H3 is basically the SUV version of the first-gen Colorado pickup, so front brake jobs are potentially very expensive and it's generally crude and noisy. Unless it's one of the rare Alphas with the V8, it uses a garbage 5 cylinder engine that somehow combines underwhelming performance and bad mileage - "all the power of a four and the mileage of a six", as a friend who had a Colorado with one used to say. Those motors are known for thrust bearing wear issues, too. Avoid!
The FJ isn't without its flaws - timing chain wear is apparently a thing in some of them, and they do rust, sp watch for that - but by and large it lives up to the reputation of the Land Cruiser family it belongs to. The FJ is pretty well a shortened version of the 4Runner, itself based heavily on the global-market Land Cruiser Prado/Lexus GX. The 4.0 litre V6 likes fuel, but is (other than that uncommon timing chain thing) pretty much indestructible. Both it and the available automatic (a crude but durable five-speed) are still used in lightly updated form in the 2023 4Runner. Toyota still sells a ton of 4Runners because of their well-earned reputation for durability and solid overlanding capability. Might be worth looking for one of those, actually. Current body style T4R came out in 2010.

Unless you're a YouTuber with 100k+ subscribers, the Toyota is the only choice.
