Entra question

This is likely going to make me feel very dumb but I'm working on authentication methods in entrance as part of mfa migration and I seem to have lost the ability to add groups. When I try it fails saving the authentication methods and all the notification says is the policy did not save successfully. Where can I get more info on why it didn't save in a log somewhere cause I cannot find that for the life of me
