Breeze/ Avelo hiring ?

Does anyone have information on these guys? I’m a 2500hr guy with about 1,300 hours of 135 pic turbine time looking to get into the 121 world. ATP/ctp and written is done. Associate degree in aviation…Doesn’t seem that anyone is interested. Guess we were all lied to huh? Anyone still hiring ? Interviewed and denied at republic ( got 2 technical questions wrong )

I didn’t think anyone got denied at Republic with the contract. Them and SkyWest are really the only people hiring that you’d be able to get into 121 wise.

Nope , got rejected from both they only want 500-750hr FOs , no regionals are hiring 1500hr bozos lol

I got rejected from all regionals , I have 300 turbine, they only want 500-750hrs. Anything below that is a hard pass right now.

Buddy, I understand that regionals hire at 1500 hours. I'm saying right now regionals are not taking any first officers without at least 500-750 hours of 121 time, high hour FOs.

No regional is requiring or wants 121 turbine time. Thats just not a thing. 1500-1800 TT with no turbine time can get ya an interview. Hiring is slowing yes, but turbine is absolutely not required. 90% of regional FOs don’t have any turbine time when they start.

I would say that you picked a tough time to try to get in, but keep on pushing. Definitely study more for your next round of interviews. No offense, but the technicals should be the easiest questions to answer in any interview.

Yea , if you can't respond to rapid fire to their technicals, it's a wrap , that shows how well you will do in their training , dude can't even answer a holding question you can tell how much effort buddy puts into his career eh?

Sun Country is hiring if you don't mind moving to Minneapolis, not suited so well for commuters until your senior enough to get a lot of front/back end DHs.

Yeahhhh brain farted the max holding speed at 14,001 feet. Wasn’t expecting that question and had to guess it. Twas the mail in my coffin . This was about 6 months ago so I can reapply at this point.

Getting Republic technical questions wrong is problematic. They aren’t hard. Even for a non CFI like myself.

Yeah I was nervous and had a brain fart. Out of a group of 10 they hired 1 guy. I thought the interview went well in all honesty. Just gonna hang out and wait for the next wave. I’m 25 so I have some time .
