Just had a phone interview

Yay finally got a bite! I suppose it went well. They requested my credentials and for me to fill out a W4 and I9 while they run my MVR (it’s clear, have a minor accident about 10 years ago) and clearing house. Is that a good sign that they are asking me to fill out those government forms?

Yes it's a good sign. They wouldn't spend the money pulling the reports if they weren't interested in hiring you. That doesn't mean it's done deal. There can still be reason they don't extend a job offer. If you're currently working, don't quit yet. Wait until you discuss a start date.
