Clear Floor or Base Plate hoist?

So now that my new shed is starting to be erected and I was able to physically stand in the space and appreciate the room that I have. I have now come to the conclusion that I need to decide what hoist I'm getting to put in the space. The shed is 9 m wide by 12 m long (~30ft by ~40ft) My gutters are at 5m (~16ft) and with a 22° pitch means my roof will apex at ~6.8m (~22ft) So originally I was going to go a clear floor hoist because then I can put the hoist up out of the way and move stuff in and out underneath it and still have a clear walking area However, now that I've stood in the space and realised how tall my roof is going to be, it's got me thinking that maybe a clear floor hoist that caps out at 4.2 m (13ft) might be a bit crap, as I'll get ~1.5m (5ft) of lift when I put my truck on it and the grain bin hits the crossbar. So I'm considering switching up and getting a base plate which will give me a good 3m (9ft) at least of lift capacity Both hoists and accessories installed will be ~$4,500 new by the time they are installed, so price isn't a huge variance between them.
