At what price would you buy a detective’s 2020 Police Interceptor if you had no need for another car?

I was thinking about this today. Let’s say it’s 4 years old and has 60,000 miles. A lot of the engine time is obviously from idling but less on a detective’s car, plus the colors aren’t all goofy and it has a functional backseat. I already have a convertible and a truck so this would be purely because I want one and for no other reason. Similar years and mileage Explorers with AWD/4WD seem to be going for $30k for reference. I’m thinking $10k seems like the highest I’d be willing to pay.
