I’ve just put together a new PC, Windows 10, and I had planned to simply tether my iPhone 11 via USB for internet access.

Problem is, apparently I can’t actually tether it unless I have iTunes installed on the PC.

So I’m a bit stuck. I need internet access to download iTunes, but I don’t have internet access without iTunes!

Is there any way to bypass this annoying necessity, and tether the iPhone to the PC without having to use iTunes?
