I just bought the Turismo Racing Desk over Arrozi Desk.

I’ve purchased the Turismo Racing Desk for $329 with onboard wireless charging, USB ports , and sturdy steel frame design. It’s very similar in size to the Arrozi Arena Gaming Desk. Did I make the right choice? Does anyone have any experience with the Turismo Stazzione Racing Desk? I can’t find much out there about it beside it being made in Italy. Any help would be great :)
Thank you!

Checking in here in 2024, not sure if anyone is still active in this thread. I just placed an order for a desk from Turismo Racing this past weekend and the customer service is nonexistent. They contacted me stating they would be out of stock of the desk I purchased for a couple weeks. I followed up asking if they could cancel the order and got no response for 3 days. Then it randomly shipped and it MIGHT be on the way? I've heard so many horror stories from this company with people receiving damaged chairs and desks. I've heard shipping costs to return fall on the consumer which sucks.

So did it actually ship for you? I just ordered one because I thought it looked like a decent desk but all I’ve heard since ordering it is that they’re a terrible company, makes me nervous about if I’m actually gonna be getting a desk from them or if it’s a scam lol

I haven't received mine as it just officially shipped yesterday. Here's the goofy thing, though. They gave me a "tracking number" which went to a broken link and I couldn't find through any carrier until last night when it said fedex replaced the label because it was incorrect. Like WHAT? I'm hoping I receive it next week.

Oh god, keep me updated when/if you officially get if, best of luck brother.

The desk arrived today. I haven't opened the box, but at least it arrived in less than a couple months. The box looks pretty beat up, which isn't a surprise.

Whats the update bro? Was just about to pull the trigger on the infinity max

TLDR - great desk, atrocious communication with company.
The desk itself is very sturdy and I like it. Aside from nonexistent customer service, I'd say you get what you pay for. The big scare from most buyers is if there's ANY issues, you can not get ahold of anyone and you have to pay returning shipping, which is ahout half the cost of the desk itself (you better hope you love it.) The only customer service person I spoke to was Matt C, who was using a random stock image from Google as his profile pic.

Hey, chiming in late 2024...I am in the middle of trying to return the turismo desk. Still in the box. Have had it over a month and have been trying to return it for the same amount of time. Customer service is jerking me around on purpose and won't give me the link to the return info, and the "returns" link on their website leads to the warranty page, which has fuck bullshit for info on it. I am so frustrated with this whole thing. The reviews on their website are all paid for (485 five star reviews and not a single complaint? yea right).

Shoot. That sounds about right with them. Such a wild approach when they're selling expensive items like these desks and then just completely barricading themselves from any responsibility once the item ships.

I just bought the 72" desk about a week ago and waiting. Says online I'll have it Tuesday so we will see. Glad you like it, hopefully I will too

Did you get yours and set it up? Mine came within 3 days but I’ve yet to assemble it because I am redoing the entire room
Acrobatic-Chi-Sho@reddit
Hey, I actually got it earlier today and set it up. Plenty spacious and very easy to assemble. I love the space of this thing.

Does it seem sturdy? How’s the “built in cable management”
Acrobatic-Chi-Sho@reddit
It's more than sturdy. The cable management gets the job done.
