What do I do about being banned from a pub?

While he's technically within his rights to announce you're just no-longer welcome there as a patron... The situation as a whole makes things decidedly sticker for them. If they're being unreasonable about it / trying to make it **your** fault for their inappropriate behaviour and outright sexual harassment .... It's time to escalate. There's three main things you can do. 1. Play to the court of popular opinion - I assume your village has a facebook page and/or the local gossip-mill is in force as much as it is elsewhere..... Put it about just how out of order they were and are now punishing you for their lechery. 2. Contact the brewery about the sexual harassment of their landlords and how you didn't expect this sort of behaviour to be associated with their [brand] 3. File a police report - Both regarding their indecent behaviour and for the truly nuclear option - Report them for licensing violation. Unless they'd attained a TENS / happen to have a 24 hour license anyway (unlikely for a pub), they'll be in some fairly deep shit over it. It runs the risk of making you unpopular locally if it puts an end to the good-times, but regardless of whether the doors locked or not - Selling alcohol outside his permitted hours is just straight-up illegal. It's not like they don't happen anyway, but make no mistake that they're pissing in the wind as it requires a certain amount of goodwill to not rock the boat, which he's just trashed. Especially if there's a documented track-record of violations, it could easily see them losing their alcohol license, leading to no-longer being able to trade and so being swiftly replaced. > the landlord tried it on with me when he was drunk If you decide not to mention the licensing part; If it's any consolation - Landlords who drink their profits tend not to last all that long in the first place.
