What is the name for?

What are the local names, if any, for that thing people do where one covers one nostril and blast the mucus out of the other one when one has a cold or hayfever? I have heard it known as a 'double-barreled snotgun' but has anyone heard any other names? I don't condone the practice in public, it's gross, but sometimes it is necessary. 🤮🤧🤧😀
