Ok drivers, what are the horizontal bars on the back of the tractor that we attach the hose hangers too? What kind of weight can they hold and could a 250 pound person use them to mount a pull-up bar and not do damage to the rear of the sleeper?

If you’re pulling a van trailer, just hook a load bar or strap to the e track and use that for pull-ups

And if you're dragging a flatbed, grab those tarps, hoist them above your head and do jumping jacks.

Those are not load bearing or weight rated. It's basically a sheet metal screw on each side and a lightweight aluminum bar. Probably more than 50-100 lbs and you'd rip it right off the truck.

It's called a slider bar, in my experience. It's not strong enough to use as a pull up bar it just mounts into sheet metal there is no significant structure behind it.

You can, but its a bad idea. Eventually, you'll cause distortion at the interface and end up with water leaking in. There are a lot better ways to work out.
