Hi everyone. I'm a firearm enthusiast and owner from Pakistan. When it comes to firearm ownership and the variety available anywhere the U.S comes at the top. You might have seen 'Khyber pass' guns and other monstrosities on social media found in Pakistan. I am sharing pictures of some newly Russian made Semi-auto/civilian models of AKs available in Pakistan that you guys might find interesting. Since I've heard that russian guns aren't being imported into the U.S since a couple of years after sanctions were placed on Russia. One is a TR3 which is a civilian version of the AK-12. The other with the bakelite magazine(It doesn't come with a bakelite magazine) is a Vepr molot. And the last one is newly made civilian version of AKS-74u aka the krinkov.

Any ak107?
Elijah1978@reddit
It's not AK12. It's not even the Russian made ak. May be it was assembled from different AK parts. Pakistan is well known for the firearms craftsman,I do respect that.
DiscoShaman@reddit
This is different from the locally-assembled rifles. You can see that it is available online in the same specs and looks:

You are wrong. All of this carbines were maded in Rus, first one is earlier TR3 from KK, second and third - VPO-148 and VPO-165 from Molot.

Isn't MOLOT shut down? Last I checked they went out of business.
Elijah1978@reddit
No, it's not. They are on the market. I don't know wether they sell something outside Russia.

What are you on about ? Do you think people only have Pakistani made clones in here ? There are also a lot of Saiga made AKs available here. But I didn't share pictures of those since they did end up in the U.S. People here have original Gucci glocks, boutique 1911s, CZs, FN Scars, Augs, Sigs and all other sorts of firearms. There are ARs available here made by a plethora of US manufacturers. Many people here import AR parts from the US as well and build their own ARs.
Elijah1978@reddit
Brother, no offence, that's great that you have an access to these guns. In our world there is a hell of AK clones, even Kalashnikov USA, that produces AK platforms. Cheers!

No taken brother. I have shared clearer pictures of AK-12/AK-19 in a comment below. Do check them out.

Pakistan Zindabad!
Elijah1978@reddit
AK103 is a variant of AK74 in 7.62x39.
malik_dk@reddit (OP)
Yes it does look a lot like the AK-74m.
Elijah1978@reddit
Just to make it clear, AK19 is just a AK12 variant chambered in 5.56.
malik_dk@reddit (OP)
Yes but there are some cosmetic differences as well. The 7.62X39 one's didn't end up here. But the 5.45x39 and the 5.56x45 ones did. Since the former is a prohibited bore here.
Elijah1978@reddit
There is an AK variant in 7.62x39, that was named AK15. Its just a AK12 modification

Oh ok I didn't know that. Here's a review of the AK-103 by the same guy. https://youtu.be/VFpLQ-NP5CQ?si=klnD2X9no7Tb5qGi

Pakistanis get it first, Americans get it last.

I want that black-on-black one in the first picture!
How much for shipping?
malik_dk@reddit (OP)
Why don't you go and ask the ATF ?
AsIfIKnowWhatImDoin@reddit
It's humor, mate.
malik_dk@reddit (OP)
I was being funny too.
Elijah1978@reddit
How do you get a gun in Pakistan bro? I mean legally.
malik_dk@reddit (OP)
Basically you have to be a citizen and 21 and above to apply for a firearm license for every firearm you are about to own. The procedure is similar in every province and also for the licenses issued by the federal government. A background check is done by the LEAs and you also have to have to submit a certificate of your profession and a character certificate as well.
Elijah1978@reddit
Thank you.
Elijah1978@reddit
Full size Molot is based on the RPK, it's heavier.
malik_dk@reddit (OP)
Yes you're absolutely right.
Elijah1978@reddit
I had an experience with them.
Elijah1978@reddit
Yeah, I see. The first one in the post. The others are Molot Arms 5.56 carbines. With a flash hider from Saiga 9.
malik_dk@reddit (OP)
Yes they are both made by molot. People don't usually prefer the full size molot since it is very heavy. There is also a molot available here in 308 which comes with a longer barrel.
