Depending on what you order they're ok. I have a 50/50 record with them regarding mags fitting, working, or being out of stock for a long time. But returning hasn't been an issue other than it seems to take a while to do the returns and get replacements or refunds. I will say DO NOT ORDER PRO-MAGs from them.

I made an order from the above named business for a Glock 19 magazine. I got an email from them saying they had some kind of problem with my shipping address and will not ship to it.

I have been at this address sending and receiving mail from the same since the 1970s. Gun mag warehouse is the ONLY outfit that claims to have a problem with my address. I told whoever answers the phone over there to trust me I know my own address please but still nothing on their end. I realize I’m the only one saying this but it’s still true. Maybe I will have some luck with Wells Fargo charging back it’s really a toss up. Does GMW habitually refuse send items we prepaid for?? Is this a regular pattern with these guys. Every merchant I’ve ever dealt with has always sent my ordered goods except these guys.

So far I don't have anything positive to say about them. Order an item they said would be delivered on 11/20 - 11/21 if I paid for Priority Mail(2x the normal rate), soon as I paid for the order they told me the item would ship on 11/21, so priority shipping was paid for, but I won't get the item until whenever they decide to ship it.

I contacted customer support to see if they would at least reimburse me the extra shipping, since the item isn't shipping by or arriving by their stated time. They did send me a fast reply email, chocked full of excuses.

Not at all the response I would expect from any company that has solid customer support.

They did say they would ship the item in a timely manner, so their advertising is solid.

They failed to ship the item in a timely manner, so their follow through is bad.

I can't say anything about the item, as I don't have possession of it yet.

Will they do anything to make it right; they already had a chance to do that and failed.

Will I order anything from them in the future; probably not.

They're good. Sometimes they ship super fast, other times it may take a week.

The are okay but I do recall recently reading a negative review in the GundealsFU subreddit.

Other sellers have had better prices on mags that I have purchased. I have purchased some from MidwayUSA with their birthday discount when they also offer free shipping. The best place I think is Lanbo's Armory. $10 flatrate shipping and $5 off order of $100 or more with coupon code FACEBOOK. The only issue is they may be OOS of some items for weeks at a time due to their low prices.
