Anyone recently applied for a French Passport in London? How long did it take to arrive?

Hey, going through this now - how long did it take you to get yours in the end? And what was your experience like.

Was super easy. Took 10 days in total. Application was done after my citizenship ceremony. Collection at the London consulate in South Ken, 3 minute wait.

Oh That's great!
Did you have to book an appointment online and was it 10 days from when you went to your physical appointment to apply in South Ken to it getting made, printed and collected.
Also what did you bring with you? I've seen a few of the guidelines online and I'm hoping I receive my old passport back in time (was sent out to get a british passport) to bring with me along with my birth certificate and proof of address (the've listed utility bills etc but as I'm currently living with parents i'm not listed on any of the bills)
Thanks for your time!

For collection, I just showed my application form and my South African passport. For the application l, I used my citizenship certificate

Just following up on this conversation for anyone else who’s going through the same process as my passport and identity card came super quickly! Just 7 working days after the day of my renewal appointment (application was made and docs paid for on the 21st Oct. Passport + Identity Card arrived on 30th) service was immaculate for both application and retrieval 👌🏾bravo French consulate
