I got interested in building a bugs farm to have some protein, but I haven´t really found too much information.

I´m specially interested in crickets or chapulines, but any edible bug could be fine, but I need to know how to raise them, the equipment I need, the measures I must take and how to cook them. I hope someone could give me some information and tell me their own experience raising them.
