Erdoğan, in order to appeal to the Nationalists, attacks Aegean Islands that cause drift between Europe and Turkey therefore creating a major economic disaster. Massive sanctions from all of the western nation thus making Turkey allign with Russia and China. Erdoğan going mask off and becoming a sultan. Having to spend 100 TL to buy a single bread... Shieeeet I ended up depressing myself.

Oh for fuck sake dude, they can give you the world and you will scream why they didnt give us the moon. During Greco-Turkish wars Europe sided with your folk. You guys just fumbled the bag so badly. In the case of Cyprus, they supported you. Put sanctions to the Turkey to a point where people were in huge lines to buy a bread. Germany covers Greece anytime when they need money. They wouldn't have done this for let's say Turks for example. In the Aegean Islands case, France straight up threatened Turkey. Again, what makes you think in this current age, Europe is a threat to Greece ?

Germany has taken way more from us than they have given, and they didn’t bail out us, they only bailed out their creditors who fumbled. If Greece’s economy collapsed, the Germans and all of Europe would go with them, they had no choice. Where did all of our Jews go? Did they all go to the promised land?! The staged coups, the occupations, the killings. without the USA you guys wouldn’t have touched one Cyprian pebble. You only have yourselves to blame for why the west aligns with us today. Even the Greco-Turkish loss was the result of the incompetence of a foreign imposed Danish ‘King’

Man,I hear you and there is a lot more to be said between the two countries and all the fuck ups they caused. When you only read official goverment history books that are heavily sanitised what you expect. Good points, cudos to you, from a Greek.

Best case scenario: The government decreases the overpricing caused by the change into Euro. Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro join Schengen Worst case scenario: Croatia becomes a corrupt hellhole, but i doubt Croatia and other west balkan countries will be a warzone unless WW3 happens Croats, tell me if you agree or not 👍
