This place is my new favorite.😍I am not ashamed to admit that I have now eaten here twice in the last 24 hours lol I got it for dinner last night & couldn’t stop thinking about how tasty it was, so I got it again for lunch today. The birria tacos are packed with flavor. The guac was super fresh. And the horchata is DELICIOUS (plus they sell it in a big cup for $4, unlike lots of places that are stingy with it) No, this is not an ad….lol…I just thought I’d share so y’all can enjoy too! I’ve been here but we thought they were average for the area. There are tons of tacos in the area along Harland rd, we call it little Mexico. There is a place inside the gas station on Miller and garland road that is our favorite. 24/7 tacos. Super fast, cheap, nothing fancy, just good.

Yeah I’ve been eating at that 24/7 tacos long before I moved to Garland. Even way back when it used to be a Fina gas station. It is really good. My other fave is Twisted Trompo. I like the variety at Rayos compared to 24/7, the fact that they have fresh guacamole & a few diff agua frescas, etc.

Pics online look great, thanks for this. It's just a couple blocks from Eddie's EuroMart, which does killer Balkan food and is a real hidden gem...you can get a sandwich that's like a whole round loaf of bread with 20 mini sausages inside.

Yes! This place is also great. Funny story we discovered both Rayos and Eddies on the same night. A friend came into town and just told us he wanted to try both. We’ve lived in the neighborhood for almost 20 years and couldn’t believe all the time we’d wasted not eating at either place.

The cevapi plate is what you want to get BUT make sure it comes with Ajvar (eye-var), the roasted red pepper sauce. If it doesn’t, buy a jar from the grocery section and use it! Everything else there is good too, but cevapi is a particular love of mine since I discovered it while deployed to the Balkans during the 90s.
