Does anyone know where to buy a *dual hose* portable air conditioner?

I've had several with a single hose, but they're not very efficient and never last more than a few years. Dual hose or twin hose portable air conditioners are amazing (having experienced them in the US over summer three years ago) and more energy efficient too, but I haven't found any for sale in the UK. Hoping maybe I missed something!
Even the past few days of 22c heat has been a bit too warm for me. Not sure I can bear another summer here if I can't keep cool at home.
- There are dual hose US imports, but they need a transformer, and all-in will cost £3k
- Can't use a fixed/split system as I'm renting

Did you find anything? I’m trying to get something sorted ahead of this summer, but again as with research last year, I’m only finding unfeasible imports or mod/hacks which I’m not entirely happy to perform.

I'd go with a portable split unit. Those usually come with straps to hang the external part out of the window then you have two thin hoses and a wire to deal with, often bundled in a single shroud. When I've fitted those I've simply crammed foam pipe insulation tubes in the rest of the window gap.
