I’m kind of socially awkward and got some anxiety about going gym😂 (ik im a weirdo) so was just wondering which gym in Milton Keynes / just outside the area could be most likely to be quiet and not have queues etc. for machines at say, 7-8 pm nearby, while still having somewhat decent facilities?

Don't use Nuffield staff are vile and reception desk are super bitchy. Especially the reception manager Tia and her goof ball minion Dannie. They happy chat and bitch about member while Dannie props herself on the reception desk with her back against the reception desk. Be wary of Tia the unhinged psycho!

Not the best gym in the world but Nuffield health in the xscape is normally pretty quiet after 7pm on a week day. Not as cheap or with the same level of equipment as a pure gym though. Should also add given its a health centre as well the clientele is not usually the meatheads (nothing wrong with that I just know some people find them intimidating when they start out at a gym)

Kiss Gyms Milton Keynes, open 24/7, just go and do your thing. I was also happy they credited covid months back on my annual membership without even having to ask for it.
