When do parts suppliers have sales?

Looking to upgrade some of the hardware and running rigging on my boat. Blocks, lines, small fittings, stuff like that. Do any of the companies that sell this stuff have regular sales, and if so, when do they do them? I am willing to wait for a sale price. I know I missed the Defender spring sale. I am not picky about brand.
