Is it better to use 'forces' or 'auto' for integrated graphics?

I am using a gigabyte b650m board and have been experiencing major failures. I currently have it on 'forced'

well, although I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to by forced and auto.... if forced isn't working, I'd say give auto a try.
